Mechanical De-Cartoner

The H&C fully automatic, Mechanical De-Cartoner is the original market leader with proven reliability, highest throughput and safest design.

Also known as the Mechanical De-Boxer or DC-40-16, it is specifically designed to remove cardboard cartons from 20kg/40lb blocks of cheese at a rate of 16 blocks per minute.


The H&C Mechanical De-Cartoner safely and reliably removes the outer packaging presenting a de-boxed, wrapped block every time.

The De-Cartoner uses H&C’s proprietary cutting and carton removal technology which has been improved year after year to provide unparalleled reliability.
